The Able Butcher

 

For The Able Butcher it all starts with the Black Angus free range Creekstone herd in Kansas. Our Black Angus beef cuts are dry-aged for 28 days and kept on the premises of The Able Butcher in the Meat Aging Room to mature further. Before cooking they are marinated with our own Able Butcher seasoning rub. The finest quality steaks, grilled fish and traditional desserts are expertly prepared and simply a delight to all senses.

The wine selection at The Able Butcher is quite extensive, with the accent on red wines. The ‘Wine Room’ at the entrance of the restaurant is evidence of a firm commitment to high quality red wines.

The Bar plays an important role at The Able Butcher. Our cocktail menu is enriched with tastes from all over the world. Our Siganture cocktail Hilton Royale is inspired from local herbs and berries and creates an unusal explosion of tastes on your tounge.

The restaurant is extended to the terrace during the warm season. The sunkissed terrace is an oasis where a sip of cold champagne during a hot summer evening is complemented with a beautiful view over the park and the city.
